The brown home in the first picture is a product of over application covering up the natural wood appearance and making the siding look shiny. We did a sample using a biodegradable paint and varnish remover (pictures 2 and 3 above). We then stripped the entire house to its natural wood look and re-stained using a blend of TWP. The developer was so relieved when he found out we had a solution to the problem!
